2. Eligibility

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and have a signed waiver on file. Adults booking parties or events must be at least 18 years old.

3. Bookings, Tickets & Waivers

• All tickets, play passes, or party reservations are subject to availability and must be booked online or in-person.

• All participants must have a completed liability waiver prior to entering play areas.

• Late arrivals may have limited time in the facility and are not guaranteed full use of reserved time.
   

4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

• All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or no-shows.

• For parties or event rentals: cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund or credit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety concerns).
   

5. Safety & Conduct

To ensure a safe, fun environment for all:

• Follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions.

• Socks are required in play areas.

• Rough play, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

• Bump City reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or behavioral concerns.
   

6. Facility Use

Bump City is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home or securely with a parent/guardian.
 

7. Intellectual Property

All website content—including logos, images, videos, and text—is the property of Bump City or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.
 

8. Website Use & Prohibited Activity

You agree not to:

• Interfere with website operations or attempt unauthorized access.

• Use bots or scraping tools to collect content or data.

• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others while using the site.
   

9. Limitation of Liability

Bump City is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow rules, or acts beyond our control. Participation is at your own risk.
 

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bump City, its staff, and affiliates from any claims arising from your actions, violations of these terms, or participation in activities at our facility.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
